Hot fix crystals, is the industry phrase for iron-on rhinestones. These stones have a heat-activated adhesive already applied to the back side of the crystal, and are best used with fabric-based projects.

These multi-faceted rhinestones have a patented glue on the flat surface of the crystal which becomes activated when used with a heat source such as a hotfix applicator like the Bejeweler or just iron.
