History of the Neck ware….
The first necklaces in history were made with a lot of organic materials, such as bones, feathers, plants, teeth, and shells; other early necklaces were made with twisted metal and some were made of natural shells or stones which have been found in prehistoric grave sites. The ancient Egyptians routinely made beads of glass and glazed pottery into necklaces. Necklaces were more than just decorative pieces. They also communicated specific meanings in society. In some cultures, necklaces were a sign of prestige, power, and wealth.  An example of necklaces reflecting a sign of wealth were those that were set with gemstones or made with heavy gold chains with pendants. Most of the trends of wearing necklaces were in the style of American and European fashion. Whenever necklines were lower, most women would wear a necklace, and whenever necklines were higher, women would choose not to wear necklaces

As with other pieces of jewelry, the necklace has been an important site of decoration for the body but also of communication for the person. As valued material culture, necklaces communicate wealth, power, affiliation, prestige, levels of resources and skill, and elements of identity and position not mention a way which women express style and creativity.
